Last night I went to an Avengers meeting. I had so much fun sharing our work, commenting on each other’s work, talking, eating (Thanks Mariam! Yum), and just reminiscing about Brooklyn (I love you!) ie Old School Coney Island. I read some poems I wrote on my Blackberry because I am still trying to recover my work from my failed hard drive… sooo sad !tears, and muchas lagrimas! I love that I can be completely stripped to my raw emotions and not be judged but heard and empathized with.
